I just had the best business experience with JWH Financial ever. I worked with a gentleman name Kevin Penalvert who showed me how committed he is in his work. We had hurdles and bridges to cross and Kevin held my hand every step of the way effectively and professionally. The day I opened the mail and called JWH and the sun begin to shine for me.
Since my experience with Kevin of JWH, I talk about him every day to people I know. I just want people to feel the relief of a bad mortgage I had with a bank and let Kevin help me move into a brighter and better mortgage through a refinance. My computer skills are not the best, but Kevin was so patient with me and gave me choices to get the paper work which made the process easy. He is polite, patient, available, respectful, understanding, knowledgeable, professional and kind. Honesty is every thing to me, and that he is and this wonderful company.
I responded to a letter from JWH in the mail and made the call that changed my life. The process did not drag out, needless to say I worked on refinancing my home for 4 years. I was getting ready to do a reverse mortgage against my gut feelings. I’m a retired person with good credit, a million dollar home, income property and was feeling like a outcast after I worked for over 40 years for the government because these banks and other institutions do not know what they are doing... well JWH knows.
In my heart I love Kevin and have the upmost respect for him and JWH and thank God everyday for the mail from JWH that made me happy!
