Used service since 2006 , with nothing but problems. Late fees applied due to lack of timely payment; late fees rescinded but now payments are made monthly. So, late fees were added to principal, and I am paying more interest on higher principal amounts due to lack of payments. Where does my monthly payment go? Not to my bills. Also , late payments caused credit reporting decreasing my credit score. DO NOT RECOMMEND KIMBERLY CREDIT. They are almost impossible to get a hold of on the phone.
