My family had a terrible experience with this funeral home. They never explained any billing in advance. They did not listen to our needs nor did they provide any final review of plans to ensure accuracy. We feel they took advantage of us during our grief and didn't think we would notice the lack of service. They turned a family tragic into a travesty. No one should ever have to complain about customer service issues during their father's viewing.
