This company, LBPM, is completely negligent and incompetent in vetting new tenants and managing their occupancy and this property. They are only interested in collecting rents and getting tenants to buy rental insurance. I've had to call and email repeatedly to get them to address neighboring tenant's breach of lease but have received no response or care. They fail to honor the language of their lease, do not keep the laundry room nor surrounding property clean. They fail to communicate. I, too, do not recommend this property management company to anyone. We wouldn't trust them to manage my dog's house, too.
