Hello my name is gary hawkins and i would like to say something about this dishonest and unprofessional company on november 16th 2010 i had LA city council members at my house on a fact finding mission i was showing them all the lrs negtive reviews and one council members was reading a review saying that they were rude and unresponsive i told them that i had not recived a rent ststement since jan 2010 they asked why so i called lrs with the phone on speaker phone and asked for a ststement i was put on hold and a few min later was told that the person who handles that was not in and council members were shocked and had the look of utter discuss on their faces. the council started taking notes on lrs and said they would report this incident to their management and i cant wait to present all of this in court next month
