Land Gorilla is exactly what the appraisal industry needs. We have used just about every appraisal management company out and they all are the same. I have horror stories like most people do using companies that do not use quality appraisers. We love Land Gorilla because the appraiser gets paid their full fee, and believe me I want every penny to go to the appraiser because it the appraiser is happy then I know they are taking the time to do work. I've been in the mortgage Industry for long enough to know that you get what you pay for and any appraiser that is getting $200 to do an appraisal is only going to give me a $200 appraisal. It goes to show that you get what you pay for. I recommend that you pay the extra money for a Land Gorilla appraisal knowing you will close more deals in the long run and wont run into all the same problems you normally find with other appraisal companies.
