Mike Woo is a crook who sells trash all over the country from California to the Midwest and convinces unsuspecting first time buyers with zero real estate experience that they are good investment properties. He does this with "educational seminars," where uses the term "education" as a way to peddle his foreclosure trash properties off on his "new clients" to up his notoriety and his cash flow, knowing the loans are not good. And in the mean time promises doubled property values with "a little rehab" comparing his properties with ones he calls comparable, except they are in different zoning, across railroads and rivers. Do not trust him or his associates.
