I had a excellent expierience with the National Improvement Center. They not only saved my home from foreclosure, but negotiated with my lender Countrywide to lower my interest rate and payment. I was previously at a 9.375% on an adjustable mortgage, with a pyment of $2,633.23 every month. After about two months of negotiations with Countrywide, they lowered my interest rate to 5.125% fix for 30 years, with a new payment of $1485.00 per month. They also reduced the balance of my loan balance by almost twenty thousand dollars. They did a wonderful job and had excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I would highly recomend this company to anyone who is trying to get help with there mortgage.
