The NNA is very sneaky. My background got approved with the state of California. Everything was good and I got my commission number. NNA sales rep sold me one thing after another and courses I had to complete. When I did my background check they denied me because I had 3 tickets for using a phone while driving a few years. I paid my all my fees. But other than that I had NO criminal record, not even a DUI. I wrote them a heartfelt letter and explained the reason. They were so rude and had no sympathy. They sold me a bunch of stuff and they said I wasn't good enough. They are useless and not to be trusted
