I too hired New Horizon to assist with my Loan Modification, my file was sent around to different people also. But no one has called back with a status, I was already struggling with my mortgage and I used their advice not to pay so I can get the Loan Modification. Now I'm way behind on my mortgage and not sure what will happen to me and my family. I called the number on the website and the phone is disconnected. I have no idea how to get a hold of them and find out what's going on. I'm out of money and probably out of a home.
