RIP OFF COMPANY DO NOT SIGN UP WITH OWTEL

I made the mistake of signing up with Owtel. They are a rip-off company. I was never late with my payment until 3 months ago, after I have mailed my payment, which they said they did not receive, they are charging me $5 for late payment charge and an additional
$1.50 service charge for the month that they were claiming I used their service. I refused to pay the $5 late payment charge and $1.50 service charge because I was not late and my payment was already cleared from my bank. They are continuing to harass me every
single day, morning till night and on the weekends too. I am not sure how to stop these people from calling my cell phone and home phone. Can someone please tell me how to stop these idiots from harassing me?
