I have read many negative comments regarding this product and its customer service. My experience has been EXCELLENT!! In the first place the conditioner is AMAZING!!! I have very coarse damaged hair that in order to smoothe out I need to spend $30.00 on a blowdry at the salon. From using this conditioner for 2 weeks, I can actually smooth it out myself and it looks just as nice as the salon.The shampoo is ok, a bit drying and I see no purpose in the night serum BUT the best part is, I called customer service and they were so nice.The price drops to $29.95 for a 2 month supply if you only take the shampoo and coonditioner.I consider that a great deal considering any shampoo and conditioner will cost $24.00 for a 2 month supply.I am VERY satisfied and would highly recommend the product.
