Appraisers, Stay away from PCV Murcor. They are just another bad AMC. Difficult assignments for small fees and unreasonable demands. They are also hard to communicate with, never available, and then they give you a bad ratings because they can’t communicate effectively. No matter what you do it will never be enough. Not worth the aggravation and definitely not worth the money. Take this AMC off your list.
