At first, I was happy that they'd finance me. My payments were on time and I even got offered a new car because of my payment history. It’s been quite an ordeal with this company. In the beginning it wasn't so bad, but they've had one worker (Laura) for a few years. I can never get a hold of anyone and HAVE NOT even RECEIVED A BILL in 2 months!!
Based on my original terms of payment, my car would be paid off in December. However, because I make higher payments from time to time, by my accounting my car as paid off. Now I feel like I'm in limbo and just want to be done with their financial dysfunction.Their bills don't give you your outstanding balance, which leaves the consumer feeling constantly "in the dark.” Therefore, I've had to request pay-off statements in the past. They haven't even contacted me to tell me if I owe them money!.
I have emailed, faxed, and mailed correspondence and have called them over 10 times and NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. My fear is that their practice is to wait for people that are almost done paying-off their cars to default on their payment so they can re-sale the car and again make money off the same car.
Please make an informed decision.
