Our company was also affected by PayCare and we wanted to be a part of any action that may be taken against them.
• Our Company Name - Inland Valley Retina Medical Associates, Inc. – Corona, CA
• Approximate Amount of Loss - $5,000.00 (EDD)
We were hit on the state side for PayCare not filing our 4th quarter and year end reports for 2010. As well as they did not submit our 4th quarter payroll taxes to the EDD. We were able to confirm with the IRS just yesterday that all funds were received on the federal side. PayCare did fail to file the 4th quarter 941 form with the IRS though. All of the hard working businesses that have been affected by PayCare / Scott Willsea and Isabel Willsea, need to stick together in hopes for positive resolution.
