At first you are impressed with the amount of classes available but then after time you will notice the instructors are not all qualified. One of the zumba instructors is illequipped. The classes are too full. The exceed maximum occupancy by far. When you inform the staff of any complaints they are rude. But they are definitely very nice when they are trying to get your money. The clients are very nice, but this is definitely a very low star gym...Hopefully they will get another place close to replace the fad that this place currently holds status. They need to decrease amount of people in classes in order not to create a safety concern and provide ventilation. The instructors need to be more considerate of new comers. I saw one instructor being rude to a client who was asking for help and then spent time on her phone. They stress they are for the customer but I think they are more for the money. The facilities are horrible and bathrooms are always plugged up and smelly. They are way out of their league to accommodate the demands.
