I called after hearing an ad on the radio, and wanted to hear what this company was all about. I spoke with their tax advisor Ian and told him about the wage levy received by my payroll department. After speaking for about 20 minutes about my income and expenses Ian said he would review my case in detail with his tax team to make sure Pinnacle can help. He sent me some information to look over and called me back in a few hours. Ian said it would be cutting it close to remove the levy before Wednesday (I had a long list of unfiled tax years) but he said our team is confident it can be done. I signed up on Friday evening and by Tuesday my levy was released and no fund were ever removed from my check. I want to thank Ian and Bob for the amazing work! Thank you so much for everything!
