Didn't live up to my expectations

Despite the store’s aesthetics, I could not stress enough the low level of customer service. The staff was absolutely rude and was clearly only focused on making sure I spent my money. My friend’s first time there, after buying her first bag, the zipper
broke. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The stores only sells expensive product but they’re low-quality
