I agree with other posters that the company's policies are very misleading. When I ordered and was told that the product could be tried "risk free", nowhere did I read that I would be enrolled in any ongoing billing. I have disputed the claim with my credit card company, and will be filing a complaint with my local BBB. Why should I have to spend money and time to return something I did not authorize? I will never, ever again order anything associated with Guthy-Renker. I asked customer service to send me proof that I authorized additional shipments, and he said he couldn't do that. Why? I sure wish I would have researched this a little more; there are numerous postings on the Internet about their business practices. Live and learn!
