I hired Redefined Dog Training (Tim Welch & Anna Kosha) to train my American Bulldog to become a "Certified Service Animal and paid them $2600.00 and services were not provided per agreement! They offer a "Full Money Back Guarantee" if unsatisfied, but if you try to collect on it they put conditions of the refund and want to make payments an things are tight.
I decided to complete a wellness visit, upon my arrival I noticed my dog had a awful smell, appeared to look under weight and was injured to where he had to have emergency surgery, pain medication prescribed, two different ear drops and anxiety medication for his emotional distress.
Tim and Anna's unwillingness resolve my complaint has been unprofessional, and unethical practices as they gave me no other option but to take them to sue them for Services not rendered, vet bills, court cost, and emotional distress for my poor Baloo!
Please do your research on this company and the owners before hiring them. Their originally from California and move around which have lead them to Kansas now.
