Absolutely fraud and cheat company. Took money and never delivered for about 2 years after kept promising that they will and now finally, no email reply or phone call reply. BUYERS BE AWARE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - BE PREPARED TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND THEN ACCUSE YOU OF HARRASING. HORRIBLE - that is it!

In response to this complaint, I tried to work with this client numerous times, and tried to explain that on custom orders I do not give refunds, this was a custom order. Please see my 100% positive feedback on Ebay if there is any doubt. Rachel Rose
