I can't believe they're still in business

I purchased a single toner to see how "reliable" they truly are. The toner turned out to operate mediocre at best, so I decided not to purchase from them again and let them know why. They proceeded to LITERALLY call me weekly for over 4 years. Within the first 3 months, they were very pushy and thorny about us doing business. When they realized I wouldn't ever order from them, their calls turned into full-on harassment. Their calls were vulgar, rude, threatening, and laden with profanities. It started with a salesperson named mike, but eventually Alex King (the owner) started calling me and outright harassing me weekly. This lasted from 2017 through 2021. I tried calling the LAPD and they informed me there was nothing they could do other than hang up. I found that if I just hung up, they would sit and call my desk phone 20-30 times in a row, tying up my phone line for more than an hour at a time from multiple numbers. When I blocked their numbers from calling me, they would just mask their caller ID. Thank god it stopped last year because it was extremely frustrating.
