This is the worst service ever---not only will they not return your calls or emails, your paid for merchandise will not arrive. Literally. They place you on hold constantly, for up to 15 minutes at a a time, and then disconnect you. The person to whom you spoke last time is always "never there", and they seem to have extreme problems pulling up your orders. They have offered to sell me drugs over the telephone, and to this day have still not given me my money back for merchandise that was paid for and never came. This is an incredibly fraudulent business.
