I recently moved to Ventura and made this Rite Aid my new pharmacy. They had a coupon in thier ad and on the internet, for transfer of prescriptions. When I brought their coupon to them, they were unable to understand how to enter it into their register and the acting manager could not help either. So, they stumbled for a while trying and then when they could not figure out how to do it. They found fault with my claim as a transferred prescription claiming that I did not qualify for the coupon...ridiculous! A pharmacy is an important medical assistance facility that should have qualified professionals working with your prescriptions. Having trouble with a simple coupon gives me pause as to their ability to deal with potentially harmful drugs.
