I have been a Member of Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union (OCTFCU, now SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union) for 11+ years now and have received nothing but excellent service during that time. They have been my primary financial institution my entire adult life and I haven't had to deal with many of the other banking problems I hear about elsewhere. Fees are low if charged at all, I personally have received good rates on my loans and savings accounts over the years, and I've received special consideration on occasion as needed as well. I wholeheartedly recommend the credit union to anyone eligible to join. They'll treat you well and give you a trustworthy banking experience.
