Same car, two sellers

On Sept 21, 2013 Seized Assets Auctioneers listed a 2005 Aston Martin for auction while a dealer called DDW Partners in Scottsdale AZ claimed to hold title to the same vehicle and knew nothing of an auction. SAA claimed to have sold the vehicle for $65,000
while DDW has it listed for $59,990. DDW seems to be legit while SAA seems questionable.
