Where is my refund? I was told my several staff that my refund would be processed right away and still has not posted to my account and was paid through paypal so should be immediate refund. This process has taken an unusual and unnecessary amount of time to process and company has not completed what you had advised would be taken care of. Staff did not process return label timely as promised and did not expedite refund as promised. All of this was caused initially by sheepskin shoes sending wrong item to begin with and then lack of follow up as promised. Plus, not having the correct items to replace wrong item received. Went out of my way, spending to much time following up by email, calls, returning to ups wrong item and waiting to get my money back via paypal (should be instant!) Please refund asap as this has been a very poor experience and very disappointed in the service received during this process. Will not shop here again and do not recommend!
