I had my loan modified through Slade Law Firm back in December 2009. I went from an 8% ARM to a 3.625 fixed rate with an interest only payment for the first 3yrs. My mortgage payments were 4 months behind, I was trying to sell my house just to get away from my debt. My unemployment insurance wasn't enough to keep me in the house. They showed me what my options were and literally saved my home and my family. I have told anyone who is willing to listen about my experience. I am forever grateful. Thank You.
