I had the same problems that most of the other customers had. Delay of shipment till after the 14 day free trial. Two additional charges to my credit card the next two months that I did not authorize, but told was in fine print. Never received any refills that the supposed charges were for. Asked credit card company if they could block any further charges from Smoking Everywhere. They said they couldn't, but I could cancel the card to stop them from using it. It is amazing that such a company can't be shut down by our law enforcement or at least have the creditcard companies stop allowing them to be their client.
