If At First You Don't Succeed Then Try, Try Again!

First time I had dealt with Sonic Electronix while shopping for new speakers to replace the old ones I had in my RV. Sonic appeared to have the best price on the Polk Audios that I was looking for so I ordered two pairs of DB651's. They shipped them very fast and arrived in a couple of days but when I opened them they were the wrong model for both pairs, they sent DXi651's instead. I was fortunate enough to speak with Brandon in their Customer Service Department and he issued me a return shipping label and an RMA no. so I could ship them back that evening via UPS and they sent my replacements out the next morning and I received them a couple of days later - I accused their packer of being on drugs but at least he was consistent in making sure that both pairs matched even if they were the wrong model nos. - lol. Had it not been for Brandon's excellent Customer Service I would have selected one star for this review. Thanks Brandon for making a bad situation a little better...... PS: There letterhead now shows their address as located in Louisville, KY not Valencia, CA.
