Class action suit

I am all for filing a class action suit. I really hate dealing with this company but like so many others I had no choice. I will help in closing his company down. I have only received one statement and each time I ask they tell me one was mailed on the first of each month. Each time I call I get a different person handling my account. I mail my payment in plenty of time to be there on the date of my arrangement and they will call me on that day and tell me my payment has not been received. I am so sick of these people.
