Do not buy from them, do not stand by there product. They ship damaged units

The atv came in damaged and they refuse to send me a new one. When the trucking company came, the box was damaged but the trucking company did not want to stick around until I looked at everything, so he marked it subject to inspection. I could not refuse it because Superior Powersports says that if I refuse it I pay shipping back and a 20% restocking fee. Since they were not going to send me a new atv they said that they would send me the parts to repair it. (complete swing arm assembly, drive chain, handle bars and rear rack). Now I get an email and they say that I need a certified mechanic to look at it and give me a written diagnostic stating what needs to be done. More cost to me. Oh yeah, this atv was suppose to be a new unit, it was built in May 2016. Thats 2 years ago. This is bull!! I did file with the BBB today. We will see what happens. So like our friends says here. Do not buy from them, it is a ripoff.
