This was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had. On top of that, I spent well over an hour researching the different companies to choose from. After comparing features, pricing, and clearly service I am incredibly satisfied with my choice.
I definitely recommend them over grasshopper, ring central, 8x8, Twilio, and talkroute.
