I am a current customer of The Realty Dot. I enrolled to add my house in Louisville, KY to the multiple listing service last month. I am very happy with the service so far. The staff has been very patient with me, as I am not that computer savvy. A nice gal helped me complete the property information sheet online and let me mail in the property photos (I know, I know I'm hopeless with the computer!). My listing was up in the MLS in only 2 days and I received calls from 3 agents the first 3 days! As soon as they received my photos in the mail they added them all to the mls. I call them quite often because I tend to have a lot of questions. They are sweethearts everytime I call. I sent an email to reduce my price and the change was made the same day. Great service. I hope I sell my home soon!
