USA Mortgage Aid was the best choice my husband and I could have made. We were at the point of walking away from our home. We paid a small fee (in my opinion) to have a negotiator deal with the lender/investor. Elizabeth Lightner kept in constant communication and I never felt like I was out of touch. Due to the economy there was a huge demand for Loan Modifications, therefore the process did take longer than anticipated, however the outcome was better than I could have imagined. We went from a 11.97% ARM to a 4.26% fixed for the life of the loan. Thank you Elizabeth and thank you USA Mortgage Aid.
