I would like to thank Unique World Inc for being the best inflatable company I had ever delt with. Thank You!!! I am so indebted to them for not only being a knowledgeable resource but for extending themselves for those intangibles that no company can measure --Customer Service and Support!!!!
Since my first purchase with Unique World, they have given me unmeasurable support. It is with their support I was also commended by the inspector's staff from the State of North Carolina as we successfully passed our state inspection. When we received approval on all four bouncers, I graciously thought of them--knowing I could not have passed the inspection without their support and attention to every detail. Thank You!!!
As I faced an impending challenge in a highly Latino marketplace. I presented to them my need for safety instructions to be translated into Spanish for an upcoming event. Twenty minutes later, the translation was in hand.
Please know that I am not only sending this commendation to you, but also copying the Sales Manager Lucy and her owners in this email. I hope the will join me in celebrating her ambassadorship for Unique World and know that she has our loyalty as a customer.
