not a good company at all, I would not recommend this company to my dog. I tried sending a certified letter stating we are no longer requesting their services and it came back as undeliveable so who knows where they are actually located. I am in contact with my State's Attorney General regarding these people, they never call you, they take your money up front and don't do anything for you, if I could I would give them -0 stars.
