Wish I could give zero stars... seriously, that should be an option! It's clear from my experiences that UpBids.com is a complete scam. When bidding on auctions, I noticed 1) all the bidders had similar names 2) the only that went above 98% off or so were ones that I or another user with an "odd" name (likely another non-bot). 3) I always got outbid by the same user with formatted name (see "(1" above) 4) In one auction, the a user with 6 different avatars... this is impossible, I've tried to change them, not possible to do it and stay in an auction placing bids that fast... unless of course you're a bot 5) I WON an auction, it counted down to zero... then froze, only to restart at a higher price and me outbid, by the same bot mentioned "3)" above, this actually happened a few times that day 6) when I contacted "customer support" about the freezing issue, it took 8 days for a response... which is just to mark it "resolved" 7) I went back to the site, got a page saying "under maintenance", that lasted for 3 days till I tried on my laptop, and it went straight to the page. They apparently put a cookie on my desktop locking me out of the site (the c.s. e-mail sends to a different site to see status, it was immediately after it said resolved that I was locked out). UpBids, IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT USE.
