I'm very disappointed with this company, they tricked me into working with them to help with my loan modification, they promised such and such, they got money from me upfront but they never do the job. They have poor customer service there's nobody to answer your call whatever phone number you call. The sales agent was very tricky in signing me up, told me they have a great BBB rating, turns out not that good, he told me that they were in the business for more than 10 yrs, turns out they only started 2005. There's no good communication with the company, the manager was very deceptive. They put me on months and months of waiting for my loan modification (7 months) but they never do anything. They never give me a proper update and communication with my loan modification status for the last 7 months. The only time they try to communicate with me when I asked them my money back, and of course, they never gave it back. They took my money with no loan modification.
