I was a victim of this scam. I have filed complaints with the Attorney Generals Office in San Clemente and in ARizona as well as the FTC. They did refund me the $49.95 which they illegally withdrew from my account, but they put a stop payment on the check which bounced in my account and I was subjected to $35 in NSF fees. I demanded a letter from their bank showing me that they initiated the stop on the check. I have not heard back from them. I will keep fighting to get my $49.95 plus the $35.00 in NSF fees. BE careful when applying online for any type of loans. Even if you do not submit the application and you cancel out of the program they still obtain your personal information. In my case, I did not submit the loan application, nor were there any pop-ups advertising Everprivates services.
