I ordered on Feb. 11,2011 it's now Feb.25,2011 and I only received my entertainment center, that came 2 days ago. I also ordered a two piece couch set and a three piece table set. When I first ordered on the 11th I wanted to cancel the next day due to a bad feeling about ordering off line.so I wrote a cancel letter on the 12th and someone answered by the 14th (called multiple times for a customer service rep. But they never answered my call). When I seen the cancel notice in my inbox on the 18th I said "what the heck, I'll keep the order since they took my money" so i wrote back and let them know I no longer want to cancel, someone replied and told me it was ok my order status was still pending. Like I stated previously, I received my entertainment center but only god knows why all my items were not delivered at once. I call, and call but no answer what so ever. I wrote them once again about this matter but I didn't get a response yet
