When I was approached by We Help You Lending (WHYL), I was very skeptical in signing up with them. My request for a loan modification was declined by the same lender just one week before I received a call from one of WHYL's representatives. The same exact program was being offered, therefore, I knew it would be a waste of time to apply. However, the representative emphasized that NO fee will be collected until after the loan is approved and the loan documents are signed and delivered. Since I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, I signed up.
There was constant communication between me and the staff, keeping me apprised of the progress, and kept my hopes alive.
To my amazement, the loan was approved and completed within a month. The staff was very professional and very knowledgeable of the services provided. It was truly the most efficient loan process I have ever encountered.
The best part of this experience is the savings to us. I estimate saving several thousands of dollars in interest payments.
