We had a TERRIBLE experience with our move from Phoenix, AZ to California. EVERYTHING we paid them to pack was broken. We trusted them with our heirlooms and now they are in pieces! Very unprofessional service. The sales people basically make empty promises to get you to use their company and not one promise was delivered. I spent an hour on the phone with Maureen going over every detail of our 3600 sq ft. house and on moving day they showed up with a truck that was too small!!! They had to put some of our stuff on a second shipment that didn't arrive for a week. Our lamps are broken, there's a gauge in our dining table. 2 mirrors are broken. Our large pots are broken. And all four of our antiques are broken. It is obvious that no care was taken with our move. On top of everything, they hold your items ransom in the truck and won't unload until you pay them in cash! Our TERRIBLE move cost us $9000!!!! We are thinking about suing them. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!
