I deposited money in to this account several weeks ago and have not been given access to the money yet. 2 weeks after opening the account I was told I had to provide THEM with a bank statement. I am not borrowing from them, I am depositing money. It has been several weeks now and my account is still on hold. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I am so glad I only deposited 25.00 with them.
Their customer service is slow and they do not give educated answers. This company needs to make ALOT of changes if they want to keep customers.
