Do not expect a lot from this hosting solution. They care more about making a buck than you as a customer. For the last four years I've been purchasing the quartery basic hostling solution. I recently cancelled my service one month into the pre-paid quarter. Rather than explaining the situation to me that I would forfeit my pre-paid two months they immediately cancelled my account. I would expect them to look out for me as a long time customer but that was not the case. They kept the $30 for the two months I had already paid for.
If you want a hosting solution to be there and leave you alone this is for you. If you want any kind of entry level support stay away from this company. There are cheaper, more reliable companies with better support.
They treated a customer of four years unprofessionally and lost me as a long time customer.
