Terrible company. Does not stand up to their word. Advertisements on their web page are misleading. They will not stand behind their service or products.
In my case, I purchased a laptop for parts. The description showed it was missing a hard drive and screen. I only needed the motherboard, which was not listed as excluded. When I ordered the item I was told it would take a few days for the part to be ready because they needed to test it and verify working condition. After receiving the laptop, I discovered the motherboard did not function. They were not willing to replace the part and said the sale was final, so no RMA will be honored.
This is the same response I received after filing a complaint with the BBB. Therefore, there is nothing you can do if these guys decide to sell you a bad part. Buyer beware!!!!
I also paid a visit to their location in Santa Clara, CA. The place is a mess! parts were thrown everywhere. You couldn't even walk through the front door without tripping over power supplies. I believe a sign of a good business is how well they stay organized and how they present themselves. These guys take no pride in their business, and therefore, will not take pride in their product.
If the BBB rating allowed a zero star rating, these guys would get it. Unfortunately, 1 star is as low as they allow.
