BAD Customer Service

This company on the surface seems like a great business, and I don't understand all the good reviews. I guess they never had a problem with the product, this is when the true colors of a business come through. It appears to be a simple process you click on the areas of the website and they call you back; NOT!!!!
I even complained to PayPal and still nothing, I had to finally call them, and the response was "oh, you just ship it back to us with a note indicating what you want us to do"; interesting nowhere on the website is this explained. I find it hard to do business with companies that make it hard to do business with you.
